Dear Guest, Villanova Apartments and its staff welcomes you and wishes you a pleasant stay. Please find below some rules and information about your stay.

On arrival, each guest is expected to show a valid ID in order to be registered in accordance with the current regulation. Your data will be treated in respect of the Privacy laws.
Only registered people can access the apartment you occupy
Payment for your stay has to be cleared at the moment of the check in into the apartment
On the day of your departure, the apartment will have to be vacated by 10 AM, unless differently agreed.
The modality by which you can return the keys has to be agreed with our staff during check in or at least 24 hours before departure.
Should the apartment not be vacated by the time agreed, the Direction has the right to debit the guests with a fee of the same amount as the cost of one day stay.
In case of early departure, the Direction is not obliged to refund any amount.
The price of the apartment includes utility costs, such as electricity, water and heating costs, and bed linen and bathroom towels for each of the guests as showed in the booking. The price also includes the final cleaning (excluding the kitchen cleaning).
During your stay, no cleaning of the apartment is scheduled, and no change of bed linen and towels. However, it is possible to request extra cleaning or a change of linen. The latter service comes with an additional cost of € 15,00 per hour and € 10,00 per person.
On departure, you are expected to leave the kitchen tidy, the fridge should be completely emptied and the rubbish put away in the dedicated bins. Should this not happen, the costs of a kitchen cleaning, equal to € 30,00, could be debited.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed within the premises. Should this rule be disobeyed, the direction reserves the right to debit the guests with the costs of the curtains and carpets cleaning, necessary to remove the unwanted smell of smoke, equal to € 250,00.
The apartment is provided with wi-fi connection.
No animals are allowed within the apartments.
During your stay, you are asked to keep an appropriate behavior, in the respect of your neighbors (please refrain from noises, night squalls, and loud music/TV volume). The observance of such rules is necessary in order to guarantee each of the guests with the chance to enjoy a relaxing holiday. .
Should the keys be lost, a fee of € 250,00 applies.
Each apartment contains furniture and other contents which have to be handled with great care. Should anything be damaged, you are asked to report this immediately to the Direction.

Before departure, guests are kindly asked to ensure having completed the following operations:
- Removing the garbage
- Emptying the fridge
- Leaving a clean and tidy kitchen
- Switching off of the air con.
